Fitzgerald. 200 acres in the Christchurch District, commencing at a point on the Christchurch and Lyttelton road 13 chains 'from the north-east corner of section 13, following the said road a distance of 34 chains 50 links, then at a right angle in a southerly direction 62 chains 50 links, to the road following the river Heathcote, continuing along the said road westerly 29 chains, and from thence in a northerly direction to the starting point 79 chains, and numbered 48 on the chief surveyor's map. Fisher. 100 acres in the church district, commencing at 50 links from the north-east corner of Section 21, continuing in a wVsterly direction 271 chains to 50 links from the north-west coriier of the said section, thence along the road by the side of the Heathcote to a point, from whence it starts in a northerly dijection 16 chains, then east at a right angTe 40 chains to the Heathcote River Road, and back along the said road to the starting point, and numbered 49 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 51/ M. T. Burke. 50 acres iv the Lincoln district, commencing at a point 3 chains north of the 8 mile post on the lower Lincoln road ; thence back at right angles to the said road 40 chains on either side, the frontage extending 12^ chains to the northward on the aforesaid road, width at the back 121 chains, and numbered 51 on the chief surveyor's map.

Winrjfield. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at 691 chains along the northern road ; frontage on the road 12s chains, then back in a south-west direction 40 chains, then south-east 12M chains, then back to the starting point 40 chains, and bounded on the south-east by Section 6, and numbered 52 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 53. E. R. Ward. 100 acres in the Mandeville district, commencing at 19 miles 27% chains on the road from Christchurch to Harevvood, by way of Kiapoi; frontage along the road westwards 25 chains, then back in a southerly direction 40 chains, then easterly 25 chains, and then back again 40 chains to the starting point, and called Rangiora Wood, and numbered 53 on the chief surveyor's map.
