T.Evans. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing 50 links from the south-west corner of section 113 on the southern road, through Lincoln and Ellesmere, following the said road 12s chains, then at a right angle 40 chains^ then at a right angle 12% chains to 50 links from the north-west comer of the said section No. 113, and from thence 40 chains to the starting point, and numhered 118 on the chief surveyor's map. Wright. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing on the sixth mile peg on the northern road, taking 121 chains frontage to the said road to the northward, and extending back 40 chains on either side at right angles to the road, and on the western side breadth at the back 12i chains, and numbered 119 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 120. Emily Fitzgerald. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at a point on the Heathcote river road, about 71 chains west of Trig. Station No. 14, following the course of the said river road to a point 90 chains in a west direction from the said Trig: station, and from thence 22% chains in a northeast direction, to the starting point, and containing 50 acres, and numbered 120 on the chief surveyor's map. Jackson. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at about 2 miles 71 links on the south road by Lincoln and Mandeville where road crosses river Heathcote, frontage along the said line of road to about 3 miles, 29 chains 50 links, thence at right angles to the ro?d to the north-west, and and bounded to the north-west river Heathcote, and numbered 121 on the chief surveyor's map. Kennoivery. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing 50 links from the north-east corner of section No. 120, following a parellel line to the south-east boundary of the saiclv'section, then following the Heathcote river road 19 chains, then in a southeast direction 22 chains, then at a right angle 42 chains to the Heathcote river road, and from thence following the line of the said road in a north-west direction to the starting point, and numbered 122 on the chief surveyor's map. Thomas Jackson. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the south-east corner of section 121, on the south east road by Lincoln and Ellesmere, following the said road 14| chains, then at at a right angle to the Heathcote river road, following the said road to the S.W. corner of the said section 121, and then • following the boundary line of the said section, to the starting point, and numbered 123 on the chief surveyor's map. Roive. 50 acres in Charteris Bay, Port Victoria, the western side of the bay, with sea frontage, and bounded on the E. by the creek running1 through the valley, and numbered 124 on the chief surveyor's map. Dashwaod. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing 50 links from the westernmost corner of section 20 on the Avon river road, continuing along the said road in a S. direction 24 chains, then in an E. direction 5S£ chains, then at a right angle 20^ chains to the said Avon river road, following if in a west direction, by the side of section 90 to the starting point,andnumbered 125 on the chief surveyor's map.

Peel. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, (back section) to include the wood on the top of the hill, above the native reserve at Baupaki,.if the wood is less than 50 acres, and numbered 127 on the chief surveyor's map. I. fwigger. 150 acres in the Christchurch district,, commencing at'the south-west corner of section 118,011 the Lincoln road, through Lincoln and EllesmereV following the said road 37/^ chains, then at a right angle 40 chains, then at a right angle 37& chains.to thenorth-west corner of section 118, and then by the south-west side of the said section to the starting point, and numbered1 128 on the chief surveyor's map. Hart. 50 acres in the Harbour of Port Victoria in and about the bay, east of Lyttelton, commonly called Compton's or Pollhill's bay, caving frontage to the Harbour, and going back northwards to the Lyttelton and Christchurch' road, and numbered 130 on the chief surveyor's map; No. 131. I. A. Choivne. 50' acres in the Lyttelton district, Charteris bay, Port Victoria, at the back of sections 124 and 129, and numbered 131 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 132. I. Twigger. 50 acres in the Cliristchurch district, commencing 50 links from the south-west corner of section 128 on the Lincoln road, by Lincoln and Ellesmere, following the said road 12 and a half chains, then at a right angle 10 chains; then at a right angle 12 and a half chains to 50 links from the north-west corner of the said section No. 128, and from thence following a line parallel to the west boundary of the said section to the starting point, and numbered 132 on the chief surveyor's map. John Birch. 50 acres in the Chvistchurch district, commencing 50 links from- the north corner of section 105 On the north road, following the said road 14 chains, then at a right angle to the Wairarapa river road, following the said road to the north-west corner of section 7, following a line parellel to the north boundaries of sections 7 and 105 to the starting' point, and numbered 133 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 134. T. H. Harrison. 50 acres in the Oxford district, in the vicinity of Harewood Forest, and numbered 134 on the chief surveyor's map. No. 135. E. York, 150 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing about one mile 68 and a half chains on the accommodation road, following the said road 37 and a half chains, then at a right angle 40 chains, then at a right angle 37 and a half chains, and then a right angle 40 chains to the starting point, and numbered 135 on the chief surveyor's map. Wyatt. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing 13 chains from the north-west corner of section 46 on the accommodation road, following- the said road 25 chains, then at a right angle 40 chains, then at a right" angle 25 chains, and then at a right angle 40 chains to the starting point, and numbered 136 on the chief surveyor's map. Williams. 50 acres in the Cliristchurch district, and between sections 57 . and 58, with road 50 links wide between it and section 57, frontage on the Wairarapa Creek, (same as 57 and 58), 12 and a half chains, back about 40 chains, and numbered 137 on the chief surveyor's map. Puchle. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the south corner of section 98, thence about 110 chains along the south bank of the river Heathcote road, and straight bade to starling point, about 42 chains (in horse-shoe bend, and numbered 138 on the chief surveyor's map.
