Lee. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the south-west corner of section No. 8, due south 4 chains 75 links, then west 18 chains 25 links, then south 26 chains, then east 36 chains, then north 30 chains 75 links, and then due west 17 chains 75 links to the starting point, and numbered 19 on the chief surveyor's map.

No. 20. B. W. Mountfort. 50 acres in the Christcliurch district, commencing at a point on the Heathcote Eivei- Road (north bank), distant 13 chains from the junction of the river and the Christchurch. 'and Lyttelton road, 12J£ chains frontage to the Heathcote River Road, then 40 chains north-west, then north-east 1,140 links to the Lyttelton and Christchurch road, 1 chain along the said road, then back 39 chains to the starting point, and numbered 20 on the chief surveyor's map.

Eooper. 100 acres in the Christcliurch district, commencing at a point on the Heathcote River Road (north bank), distant west of Trigonometrical Section, No. 10, 2,350 links, bounded on the east, south, and west by the Heathcote River Road, then in an east direction back to starting point 25s chains, and numbered 21 on the chief surveyor's map.

Durey. 50 acres in the Christchurcli district, commencing' on the Waimara River Road, near north-west corner of No. 12 ; frontage to the river road 20 chains, thence south 4Ss chains, east 12} chains, and north back to starting- point 40 chains, and numbered 22 on the chief surveyor's map.

Cookson. 100 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at the north-west corner of No. 22 section on the Waimara River Road ; frontage to the said road 28 chains to the westward, thence due south 60 chains, thence east 20 chains, and back to starting point, distance 41 chains, and numbered 24 on the chief surveyor's map.

Rhodes. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at 3 miles 17? chains on the northern road, running- along the vsaid road 24* chains, then west 3S& chains, then south 2 chains, and then south-east to the starting- point 40 chains, and numbered 25 on the chief surveyor's map.

No. 26. W. G. Brlttan. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing on the River Avon lload at its junction with the town reserve; frontage along the river road 13 chains, south 42 chains 20 links, then west 12& chains,
