Paulson. 150 acres in the Ciiristchurch district, commencing at one mile 31>£ chains on the south Lincoln Road ; frontage along south boundary of the Christchurch town reserve 16& chains, then south 40 chains, then westerly 42X chains, thence 14^ chains to the south Lincoln Road, 1 mile 77 chains along it, and thence back to the starting point, and numbered 72 on the chief surveyor's map.

No. 75. Alfred Lake. 50 acres in the Lyttelton district, to be laid off with frontage to a road to be marked out by the surveyors, so as to include Mr. Gibbie's house and improvements, and numbered 75 on the chief surveyor's map.

Henry Phillips. 50 acres in the Christchui'cli district, commencing about 2 miles 45 drams on the Lincoln and Harewood road, following the said road 12 and a-half chains in a westerly direction, then southerly at a right angle 40 chains, then easterly 12 and a-half chains, and then northerly 40 chains to the starling point, and numbered 78 on the chief surveyor's map.

One hundred acres in the Chvistchuvch district, commencing at the road adjoining the north-east side of Sect. 70, following the said road to the Wairarapa River road, thence following the said road in a northwest direction 28 chains, then in a south direction 44 chains to the Waimairi River Road, and then following the course of the said road back to the starting point, and numbered 83 on the chief surveyor's map.

No. 87. J. H. S/iears. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, commencing at a point 49J£ chains in a north direction from Trig. Station No. 11, on the side of the Avon Biver road, and bounded on the west, north, and east, by the said road, to a point 66 chains in a northeast direction from the said station 11, and from thence in a westerly direction 22}£ chains to the starting point, and numbered 87 on the chief surveyor's map.

No. 88. Lady Emily Bathurst. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, immediately adjoining section 84, frontage on the north side of the Christ church and Lyttelton road 12X chains, and back 40 chains, and numbered S8 on the chief surveyor's map.

Gwynn. 50 acres in the Christchurch district, immediately adjoining the road bounding section 48, frontage on the south side of the Christchurch and Lyttelton road 12| chains, and back 47 chains along the western boundary, then south-east 12§ chains, then 11^ chains to section 37, then bounded back to the road by last named section, and section No. 20, and numbered 89 on the chief surveyor's map.
