INVEBCARGILL, This Day. Herbert Frickleton, an elderly fisherman, was drowned at Stewart Island on Friday night through falling overboard from the ketch Digger. His mate heard a .splash and a faint call.. He cruised round the spot, but in the rain and darkness could find no trace of the body. ! ._,-. '
