Levin and Co., Ltd., have received, the - following cable from their London agents, dated 20th December:— "Frozen meat quotations (prices on a 'delivered' basis—i.e., including storage charges, cartage, market tolls, etc.): North Island lambs, none offering. Best North Island wether sheep, under 481b 69id, ;48/561b 6 5-Bd, 56/64 6%d, 64/72 6%d; North Island ewes, under-J4Blb sd, 48/561b 4%d, .56/64 4 5-Bd, 64/72 4%d, New Zealand prime ox beef, none offering. As compared with last week's quotations, mutton is l-8d per 1b higher. The market is firm all round."
