WELTEVBEDEN, 20th December. A Dutch planter has invented a-spec-ial tapping knife. .By the new tapping method rubber trees are caused to yield: five times more, as experiments have shown. Experts predict that the invention will cause a sensational ehangs in all estimates of rubber, production, and, moreover, the cost of Dutch rub-' ber cultures will decrease in price to a level which will leave handsome profits, even, at the present low market prices. The invention is covered by a patent.
