Mr Vernon's Team. [Reuter's Telegbams.] MELBOUBNE, Nov. 20. Mr Vernon's team, which, had scored 243 for four wickets in the match with eighteen of Ballarat on Friday, resumed their innings yesterday, and succeeded in compiling 4f15 runs before all were disposed of. The local team only managed to pnt together 10 in the first innings and had to follow on. When time was called Ballarat had two wickets down for 49 runs. The match was declared a draw.
