ARRIVED. Nov. 20— Te Kapu, s.s., Allman, from Picton. Field and Ferrier, agents Nov. 20 — Moana, auxiliary screw scow, 96 tons, CWsen, from Kaipara. Pitcaithly, Wallace and Co., agents. SAILED. Nov. 20— Falcon, schooner, 98 tons, Green, lor Havelock. C. H. Ker, agent. WEATHER FORECAST. Captain . Edwin telegraphed the following Weather forecast to-day: — North-east to east and south gale after twelve hours from now. The glass will fall, the tides will be high and the sea heavy. The following weather forecast was telegraphed from Wellington to-day:— A gale from between the north-east and north and west northward of Blenheim and Cape Farewell ; a gale from between the north-east and east and south thence to Oamaru and Queenstown after twelve hours, and strong north-west to southwest winds elsewhere. The barometer will fall everywhere. The sea will be heavy on all the western coast, and also oft the east coast' southward of Napier. The tides will he high on all the west % coast, and also on the east coast south of Napier and moderate elsewhere. Bain is to be expected generally. Synopsis of the last forty-eight hours:— Northward of Thames and Manukau there was a slight increase of pressure during Saturday afternoon, hut it has fallen slowly since Sunday afternoon, and has continued to fall steadily everywhere else. Easterly gales, with rain, continued \ northward ,of Auckland until Sdnday about noon, and there have been strong northerly winds southward of Napier and New Plymouth. Rain has fallen in the North Island goaferally, and on the west coast of the South Island. The low pressure from the north-west of Saturday has decreased very greatly in energy, and i 3 eastward of Kaikoura. There is also a low pressure decreasing in .energy north-west of New Plymouth and travelling to the south-east. A low -pressure from the west is near the meridian of South Cape and travelling eastward.
