NEW YORK, 20th December. Stocks broke one to ten points on the Stock Exchange under the influence .of a terrific bear drive this afternoon, following a period of recovery. Near theclose there was a new recovery, sup-: ported by some issues slightly. Sales T totalled 5,532,000 shares, taking. 600.. tickers half an hour to record.
